This is an adorable limited edition collector’s item of 100. It is a statue of a frog fishing and sitting underneath a large mushroom. He sits smiling, enjoying his favorite hobby and casually resting one leg over his knee. He rests upon a toadstool, a small one sprouted next to his and an even larger one providing him shelter and a back support. A bucket is at his feet, empty and ready to keep some fish in, a make shift fishing rod rests in his hands. He has a beautiful patina that resembles an antique bronze as it is a teal patchy coat that covers the entire frog. The rest of this sculpture is a two tone brown patina, lighter at the top on the largest mushroom. Cast using the ancient “Lost Wax Method” and made of 100% bronze. Signed Marius.
